YES!!!! It may kill your cat!

DO NOT USE any flea medication meant for dogs on a cat! You'll poison the cat. Their formulations are different!

NEVER use a product labeled "for use on dogs only" on your cats. Cats react very differently than dogs to some insecticides. Some dog products can be deadly to cats, even in tiny amounts.

NEVER use flea control products that contain "permethrin" on your cats, unless they are specifically labeled for use on cats.

I would NOT put any dog product on your cat. You need to purchase the cat product

Yes, it most definately will. The dog version has a much higher dose and is tremendously stronger; it could, actually end up killing your kitty. Don't risk it, go and get the kitty strength product.
