Well, you have to define two things:
1) Jesus
2) GOD
1)The Jesus we know in the NT is a product, I will call it a good
marketing product to entice the masses. If you dare to study
ancient religions, paganism, and what was believed in other
cultures you will find nothing unique in what is known today
as Christianity, not even the mythology figures are original.
Resurrection and Virginal Birth stories were known even before that.
2)All you will find is ideas about GOD, and all these (no
exceptions) were made by humans, so my advice to you
is read a lot, educate yourself about all these ideas, not
only from Abrahamic religions, read the Bhagavhad Gita, read Buddha, read Patanjaly Yoga, The Tao, etc etc.....
then come up with your own idea of this thing
called GOD.
Then after that, you can make sense of what Jesus/Buddha/Krishna meant when they say they were the only ones.
cheers.

Well, if you believe the Chrisitan Bible, then there is no debate. Yes, Jesus is the only way to God. (NOt intended in a harsh way) God wants us to be perfect to get to Heaven. When I first read this, I was like, "Woah, that's not even possible, and it seems really unattainable." But its GOd, and nothing is impossible when it comes to him. He sent Jesus to this Earth to wash away all of our sins, and he gave us the option of accepting Jesus, who will always take our sins away therefore making it possible for us to reach perfection and go to heaven.
But I honestly think the best advice for you is to read the Bible. Honestly, I do not take anything anyone says about the Bible as fact, because people always like to put their little "edge" to it. So if you read the Bible yourself, you can not be swayed by anyone else's opinion (even mine) and take your own interpretation from it; all opinion aside though, it is very definite that you MUST accept Jesus in order to get to God.

Jesus is the only way of salvation because He is the only One who can pay our sin penalty (Romans 6:23). No other religion teaches the depth or seriousness of sin and its consequences. No other religion offers the infinite payment of sin that only Jesus Christ could provide. No other “religious founder” was God become man (John 1:1,14) – the only way an infinite debt could be paid. Jesus had to be God so that He could pay our debt. Jesus had to be man so He could die. Salvation is available only through faith in Jesus Christ! “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

Yes. There is no other name under heaven by which any man might be saved. Jesus stated Himself, as recorded in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father, but by me".

Jesus was referring to his Christ Consciousness (Christ=annointed- greek) his consciousness was merged with God, a state I believe the Hindus call nirbikalpa samadhi. A human must reach God through this Christ Conciousness which is the reflection of God Consciousness in this dimension. Many practice meditation techniques whereby they follow the internal intuitive sound (The Word, Aum, Amen, Amin, Hum, as the different cultures hear it) once you are able to hear this sound, it is an a following sound, another words it draws you into It. It is the sound of God's vibration manifesting his creation. This sound will lead you to merge into God Counciousness, (In the beginning there was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God, paraphasing), Jesus was a Son of God, a human Avatar, annointed in God Counciousness. He spoke of himself as the son of man when he referred to his human being and he spoke of himself as The Son of God when he was in his God Consciousness. The only way to God is through the Son, Christ Consciousness. God is not so small that other peoples besides Christians are excluded. ("My ways are higher than your ways, My thoughts are higher than your thoughts," paraphasing again.
Study of many scripture will show that true scripture has the same characteristics.

Is christianity is the only religion on earth? I guess not. Everyone will think their religion is the only way to god.
So quit thinking that Jesus in the only way to God. Give yourself a wider exposure and try learning about other ppl belief than try to use ur brain and compare, not just listen to hearsay.
