Everyone believes that the deal is better with Golden Boy.. yet Manny's promoter now is Bob Arum. There might be something fishy with Bob Arum's contract. Is there any black mailing or something else involved? I'm just wondering there might be something wrong!?!

I would assume that Pacman's scared of Bob Arum and wouldn't risk being sued by the very influential promoter. Manny knows that Arum is one of the most powerful figures in the sport and he could definitely bring Pacquiao down on his knees if he antagonizes the old man. You're right, everyone, including Freddie Roach, thinks that the Golden Boy deal is a lot better. Unfortunately, Manny is an idiot who thinks he's very smart even off the ring. Now, he wants a seat in the congress of the Philippines. Way to go, chump!

Manny doesn't have "honor." Signing two contracts isn't a moral thing to do. The only reason he signed for Top Rank after singning with GBP is because he got more cash bonus. Wrong choice.

dont click on Jessicas link above its spam...and if he signed with top rank he might be stuck with them for the term of the contract or until he can buy himself out of it...im sure golden boy would love to add him to their list of top pros...
