my puppy poodle chihuahua mix did really good potty training at the start but now she seams as though she got lazy not holding it or even doing it just on the floor by the door what is going on

I will bet it's actually you that got lazy because you are no longer rewarding her every time she eliminates (not potty, please, she's not a toddler) in the right place. You have to keep on giving praise and treats for many months, or the effect will wear off.

Perhaps you have gotten lazy. Are you still taking her out every 2 hours? Sometimes when a dog is doing really well, its easy for the owner to get too confident and slack off a bit.

Sometimes when puppies seem to achieve a new behavior, the human doesn't think it needs to be reinforced any more. So, the puppy doesn't think it matters either and does what it wants.
