"Jodas" is the negative command for "tu"..."no jodas"...and derives from the verb "joder". Basically, it is similar to "f*ck"...so "no jodas" is like "don't f*ck around" (as in "don't bug me" or "don't mess with me.")
It's not an acceptable word in regular conversation, but from what I understand, it has less of a negative connotation in some countries (like Mexico where "chingar" is much stronger than "joder") and a much more negative feeling in other countries (like Colombia).
