I get so sick of people trying to sue people for the stupidest things, our court systems are so bogged down because of ridiculous suits like this....you have common sense, after gaining 5 pounds you should've realized the diet wasn't working.
Nobody forced you to eat Subway everyday, take a little responsibility for your own actions.

Nope. There's a disclaimer at the bottom of the screen. Try reading the fine print. It's there for people who are all sue happy and a bit slow and take everything literally.

I did too..I think different peoples react differently to lowfat highcarb foods. myself I gain weight if I eat alot of carbs but when I watch my carbs..like when I have more fat than carbs I lose weight..but it all depends on your body type. I have a friend who eats very low fat and high carb when she wants to lose weight and it works for her..but yes Sue Subway ..do it now..

nope. totally sucks for you because you didnt read the fine print!!!! they say in fine print that its only with the veggie delite and no condiments and no cheese. you so got screwed. oh and no chips and soups and water as a drink. you wont win unless you ate only the veggie delite and worked out everyday. it wasnt falsely advertised because they had it all written in the commercials in whit writing so it was hard to read and really small. you got screwed.

No, maybe you should tone down the mayo and cheese and choose a lower-cal bread. That tends to trip people up.

The commercial doesn't promise you can lose weight. It just says that you can lose weight by eating the healthy food.
