Michell (a male student of mine spells his name like this, but I'm not sure to what language this spelling corresponds), Mikhail (this one is German, male), Miguel (Spanish, male), Micaela (I know this for Spanish and Italian, female).

In German it is spelled the same but pronounced: Mick-Ah-Ell

it's not exactly spelling but it's written マイケル in japanese. pronounced maikeru
