Is my friend pergnant..... today She missed her peirod and she was supposed to get it today... and she can't take a pregnancy test. how can we find out and if not then is she or not?

She can't take a prgnacy test becuse she can't buy it with out her mom seeing it

She neede to wait at least a week before worrying, she probably isn't, but maybe she will be more careful next time!

Why can't she take a pregnancy test?
If she isnt wanting to go to the store and buy one, she can always make an appointment to see her doctor and ask for a blood test. That way things are kept confidential.
She might want to wait a few days though, her period could just be a little late.
Either way (and Im not meaning to preach here), she should talk to her doctor and/or her parents about getting on some birth control if she's choosing to be sexually active.

I don't understand why she can't take a pregnancy test, but you can take them pretty early (some even before you miss a period). She should probably get a pregnancy test and check in the morning in the next few days.

There is no way to know if she is pregnant or not without taking a test. If she is stressed out worrying about if she is pregnant or not then it would not be unusual for her period to be late. Stress can cause your period to be late. One day is not a lot to worry about, either.
If she starts getting nauseous, her breasts get tender and she always feels like she is about to start her period but never does, she needs to go for a test.
Good luck and perhaps you should have a talk with her about abstaining from sex or using birth controll.

Why cant she take a test? They can predict 5 days before your missed period and they are really cheap. That is the only way to know for sure.

stress and many other factors can delay a period for several day or even weeks.
Over the weekend, get a pregancy test and you can take it in the bathroom of the store... so there is no excuse.
She also needs a Ob/Gyn Doctor appointment to check her out for a list of reasons.

better off waiting at least a few more days before taking a test,her period just may be off schedule this month.wait and see if nothing then best results would be blood test.

Periods don't come on the same day every month, so you can't say that she was supposed to get it today.
