My mother makes me use a wide toothed brush and only then will she allow me to scrunch.. Is it a good idea?

Combing your hair is just fine when its wet. You just need to learn HOW to comb it, dont be a savage and rip it all out, start from the bottom up with a wide toothed comb and gradually move up as you untangle. If you keep scrunching it without combing it, not only will it look sloppy but you can tangle your hair even more, not a good idea.

well, research says that when combing wet hair breaks some hair roots and some hair break. So, maybe it is not a good idea...wait till your hair is dry.

yes it is a very good idea because it untangles your hair..and when usually when you get out of the shower your hair is back..and u probally want it on the sides..so it is very good to brush it.

i guess combing it before is good. but remember, dont comb it alot. because jsut combing hair can damage it. trust me. but good luck. =]

yes it is, it makes your hairt have a wetter look, for scrunching.

yes it is, it lets the curl come out more unified and neat!
