The "Christian" trinity concept is not based on the Bible. It is based on a Catholic creation called the Athanasian Creed. In part, it says: "And the Catholic Faith is this, that we worship one God in Trinity and Trinity in Unity. So there is One Father, not Three Fathers; one Son, not Three Sons; One Holy Ghost, not Three Holy Ghosts. And in this Trinity none is afore or after Other, None is greater or less than Another, but the whole Three Persons are Co-eternal together, and Co-equal."
As hard as you may look in the Bible, you will not find one verse that says God is composed of 3 co-equal, co-eternal persons. Insatead, the Bible says that Jehovah is the Most High. Ps. 83:18. At John 17:3, Jesus called his Father the only true God. Since "only" means one of a kind; unique; how could Jesus ALSO be the only true God.
If the holy spirit were God, why didn't it know the "day and hour" like the Father? Matt. 24:36. At Matt. 11:27, Jesus said: "All things have been delivered to me by my Father, and no one fully knows the Son but the Father, neither does anyone fully know the Father but the Son and anyone to whom the Son is willing to reveal him." If the holy spirit were God, why didn't it fully know the Father or the Son?
According to the Trinity doctrine, the holy spirit is the third person of a Godhead, equal to the Father and to the Son. As the book Our Orthodox Christian Faith says: "The Holy Spirit is totally God."
In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word most frequently used for "spirit" is ru'ach, meaning "breath; wind; spirit." In the Greek Scriptures, the word is pneu'ma, having a similar meaning. Do these words indicate that the holy spirit is part of a Trinity?
THE Bible's use of "holy spirit" indicates that it is a controlled force that Jehovah God uses to accomplish a variety of his purposes. To a certain extent, it can be likened to electricity, a force that can be adapted to perform a great variety of operations.
At Genesis 1:2 the Bible states that "God's active force ["spirit" (Hebrew, ru'ach)] was moving to and fro over the surface of the waters." Here, God's spirit was his active force working to shape the earth.
God uses his spirit to enlighten those who serve him. David prayed: "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your spirit [ru'ach] is good; may it lead me in the land of uprightness." (Psalm 143:10) When 70 capable men were appointed to help Moses, God said to him: "I shall have to take away some of the spirit [ru'ach] that is upon you and place it upon them."—Numbers 11:17.
Nowhere in the Bible does it mention the holy spirit being equal to the Father or the Son. The trinity concept is foreign to the Bible.

TRINITY: The central doctrine of religions of Christendom . According to the Athanasian Creed, there are three divine Persons (the Father, the son, the Holy Ghost) ,each said to be eternal, each said to be almighty, noe greater or less than another, each said to be God, and yet together being but one God. Other statements of the dogma emphasize that these three "Persons" are not separate and distinct individuals but are three modes in which the divine essence esist. Thus some Trinitarians emphasize their belief that Jesus Christ is God, or that Jesus and the Holy Ghost are Jehovah. Not a Bible teaching.
even, though, as Trinitarians acknowledge, neither the word "Trinity" nor a statement of the Trinitarian dogma is found in the Bible, are the concepts that are embodied in that dogma found there?
Does the Bible teach that the "Holy Spirit is a person?
Some individual texts that refer to the holy spirit ("HOly Ghost," KJ) might seem to indicate personality. For example, the holy spirit is referred to as a helper (Greek, pa.ra'kle.tos; "comforter," KJ; "Advocate," JB, NE) that teaches', 'bears witness', 'speaks' and 'hears.' (John 14: 16,17,26; 15:26; 16:13) But others texts say that people were "filled" with the holy spirit, that some were 'baptized' with it or "anointed" with it. (Luke 1:41; Matt. 3:11; Acts 10:38) These latter references to holy spitrit definitely do not fit a person. To understand what the Bible as a whole teaches, all these texts must be considered. What is the reasonable conclusion? The the first texts cited here emplo a figure of speech personifying God's holy spirit, his active force, as the Bible also personifies wisdom, sin, death, water, and blood.
The Holy Scriptures tell us the personal name of the Father-Jehovah. They inform us that the Son is Jesus Christ. but nowhere in the Scriptures is ersonal name applied to the holy spirit.
Acts 7:55,56 reports that Stephen was given a vision of heaven in which he saw "Jesus standing at God's right hand." But he made no mention of seeing the holy spirit.

At the end of Matthew's Gospel, (Matthew 28:19, Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit) the resurrected Jesus instructs the Apostles to out into the world and Baptize people in the name of the "Father", the "Son", and the "Holy Spirit".
Also Concerning Baptism and the Holy Spirit also see: Acts 8:14-17:
8:14 Now when the apostles at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them.
8:15 The two went down and prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit
8:16 (for as yet the Spirit had not come upon any of them; they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus).
8:17 Then Peter and John laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.
Since He named the three divine persons of the Holy Trinity, I guess that would just about do it.
Oh yes, See John 20:22 "And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit"
And Matthew 12:32. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him neither in this world, nor in the world to come.
There seem to be numerous verses related to the idea of the Holy Trinity and Holy Spirit.

It is good to pray that God reveals His truth to you. Here is a bit of explanation. I would suggest you do a thorough study
Three does not equal One. It is a contraction in terms.
The Bible repeatedly says that God is one, never that
God is three.
Hear O Israel, the LORD your God, the LORD is one. Deut 6:4
Do you believe God is Immortal? ‘Immortal’ means not subject to death. Immortal God cannot die. Jesus died. Since Jesus died, he could not have been immortal God.
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the
only wise God. I Timothy 1:17
Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice,
yielded up the ghost. Matthew 27:50
Jesus said: My Father is greater than I. John 14:28
Paul began each of his letters with a salutation to God the
Father, and to Jesus Christ. No mention of the Holy Spirit.
Not once. What kind of Trinity is this where the third person
is consistently omitted? Did Paul not know about a Trinity?
Jesus prayed and spoke to God his Father.
Two distinct beings communicated with each other.
…he [Jesus] went a little further, and fell on his face,
and prayed, saying, O my Father… Matthew 26:39
The Bible teaches that God the Father and Jesus
are distinct, individual persons:
So then after the Lord [Jesus] had spoken unto them,
he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right
hand of God. Mark 16:19
How can Jesus be sitting NEXT TO God, at his right
hand, if he IS God? How can someone sit next to himself?
The Holy Spirit is the power of God. Not a God.
Col 2:9
9For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,
The fact that Christ has “all the fullness” of God does not make him God. Ephesians 3:19 says that Christians should be filled with “all the fullness of God,” and no one believes that would make each Christian God.
Matt 16:17
16Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ,[b] the Son of the living God."
17Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven.
I love God, my heavenly Father, I love the Lord Jesus Christ, my Savior, and I love the truth.
If you have any other ?'s please email me if you wish.

When you were a child your parents taught you about the wonders of the world. You were delighted, fulfilled spiritually, emotionally and felt physically better with each new understanding even if it only made you smile. Some lessons were learned hard. The ones taught with love and assurance were much easier. Now you have grown up some. You have new portals to understanding. Open a book, surf the net, go to the library or to school. The desire to learn and to know is as fulfilling as ever. Your portal to understanding God is his Holy Spirit. It is his touch, God's gift of as much understanding as he wishes to bless you with at the moment. You want more. You want to understand everything and to be filled with the power of God's Holy Spirit on demand. Instant gratification leads to pride, entitlement, laziness, confusion and other undesirable things. Know any kids who are given everything they want? Hopefully you'll have an eternity to learn but God has set a time for you to live and a time for you to die as a man or as a woman. Others of faith have made a Bible for you to share their history and experience with God, to record their walk with God here in this world and their witness of Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches us it is wise to fear God because he is all powerful. Makes sense, don't you think? Love God and honor God because God is our creator. Keep God's commandments. God has rules. There is understanding, required discipline and order in keeping God's commandments. We are strangers and pilgrims on the earth...Hebrews 11:13. So act like a guest. Follow the rules. The Bible is exciting and informative. Did you know that God is a spirit and that you must worship God in spirit? Hmmm? How do I do that? No more spoilers today folks. The Bible is an all time best seller for a good reason. Thank you for these posts. God bless all of you for sharing.

Why if that concept is in the old testament the Jews do not believe in trinity because no matter they don´t believe in Jesus, but they should believe that god has three manifestation.
Why Jesus never said that the Holy Spirit is equal to him or he is equal to his father because he said in John 14:28.

The Bible does nto use the word "trinity", which is a major claim JWs use to discount Christians. However, it does say that the fatyher and the Son are one, that the Spirit and God are one, and that the Son and the Spirit are one. Thus, it is not much of a leap in logic to claim that God has a Triune nature.
