Cheap, but does the job....
I am now 47 and since childhood I have always cleaned my face with Listerine and cotton balls, especially over and around the nose and forehead area. You would not believe the dirt that comes off. With it being antiseptic you have an additional benefit. I have always had a clear but light complexion, my teachers even commented on this throughout high school. Though now I use a moisturizer after my face drys and bronzer for added color. As for a breakout, clean with the Listerine, if really red, hold an ice cube on it and before bedtime, put white toothpaste a dab will do. You don't have to rub it in, but make sure it's covered. by morning most of the red should be gone. Try to keep your fingers off your face. Always use cotton balls, q-tips, something sanitary
The Listerine should start drying alot of it over night.
My youngest - 18 wanted me to get pro-active, I ask her before I did just to try for a week using the Listerine. Mom was right, two days later, her breakout was gone. She has been blemish free for about 3 months now, which for her is a blessing. clean your face about 3 times a day for the first two days. When getting up, after school and before bedtime. You'll notice a difference before the week is up. When not necessary, clean all make-up off, like when you come home from school. Your skin can breath easier. do this until the breakouts stop.

Proactiv does work really well! I bought mine for 60 dollars for the whole package. Soo Idk which one you want, the smallest one is 20$ for 1month works. Soo it does work.
Chammonaile Tea!
1.) Boil the water on the stove with a tea pot.
2.) Pour the water into a mug. (not a cup or else the cup will break. Also no little glasses).
3.) Put a facial Towel into the tea and then put the facial towel on your face and let it sit there for 10-15 minutes. Maybe more if you want.
Also ZENO works for acne Zapping. But of course it pays quite a few Cows.
It's 150$.
But at Sephora if you want colors. It's 185$.. But where I live there is no sales tax so yea. (colors Teal and PInk)
The only place I've seen those Zeno things were at Walgreens soo Try that store

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Anti-Acne Teen Kit by Md formulations. Kit includes a 2 Oz. Facial Cleansing Gel, .5 Oz. Moisture Defense Antioxidant Gel, 2.5 Oz. Glycare Acne Gel, and a .3 OZ. SPF 30 Total Protector. The main ingredient, glycolic acid (acid, sounds scary, but its from fruit!) is gentle to your skin, fades post acne marks, deep cleans and prevents new breakouts. It also allows any spot treatments (such as benzoyl peroxide) to penetrate deep into the skin, enhancing the product. Better than any over-the-counter product I have ever used. Retails for about $35.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash.
I love it. I have been using it for 2 months and i have noticed a big difference.
Not only that but it is cheap too. That way if you dont like it then it wasnt a waste of money.
Also it is dermatologist recommended. It is oil-free, natural, fragrance free, wont clog pores, and long lasting.
DONT use Proactiv. It works for some people and not for others. And it is expensive. Try Neutrogena first then if you dont like it try Proactiv.

alright seemed that you are really confused. just don't try all products you have been hearing on tv, emails and wherever.
Acne cleanser should always go with any topical solutions like pore minimizer ( i'm using derma medicated it's with alum - can be from dr. belo P300 only or from orange peel spa (cityland tower 2 vitocruz P235)
I'm currently using clearasil pimple control with tryclosan and glycerin, it's effective, these two ingredients both needed bfor healthy skin. i use it alternately with dr. belo's glycolic soap P300 since mild exfoliation is really needed to unclog pores, especially those with oily skin. (rustan's near glorietta 5th level). Clearasil, yes, has same effect with mentioned neutrogena and celeteque, all which are being recommended by different dermatologist since all are mild to skin. Neutrogena has salicylic acid which is really good for acne prone skin.
Remember not to try everything on your face, i've been like that. read from a health magazine, that only mild to moderate pimples can be cured by over the counter products, other wise it would worsen it. I've tried 10%benzoil peroxide and don't dare use it, it'll just make you face "scar face" too harsh, pimples will get more redish.
After facial wash, clearasil, dab with cottob on pimple areas a mixture of vinegar and salt, leave for 15 minutes put ice cubes for 20 minutes, no pressure, for new and potential pimples, follow it up with st. ives firming mask, then pore minimizer.
most of the time i sleep with st ive's mask so that next day i wont have too oily skin.
don't preak pimples, let derma do it, and have severely swollen pimples get injected (derma dentics UN ave-times plaza, P100 per injection).
Don't touch your face.
Use mild shampoos and conditioner only - ivory, johnson and j..., lactacid blue, creamsilk is ok.but refrain from using head and shoulders, pantene, rejoice, they cause pimples.
tie you hair with band or never let hair strands reach your face.
sleep early and drink lots of water at least 1 glass per hour, vitamin c, mercury rhea ascorbic acid 2 x a day 100 pcs P110, vitamin e, vitamin b, oatmeal, tomatoes (can also be eaten and be put on face 15 mins before finally washing face), carrots, apple, papaya and banana.
hope this helps.
ooops... don't forget to be happy all the time and avoid stressful activities.play sports-badminton.
avoid fatty foods, in-can processed foods, sugary-coke, etc.
Godbless n goodluck.

Proactiv is great but it's not available in stores and it's very expensive. For something similar but half the price, try acnefree solution. They have it at walmart. I use it and i don't have any real breakouts, although I do get red spots every now and then. Just don't use a lot you're first week, it takes a while for your skin to adjust to it.
