He was suppose to come back in 98B.C(He said tha HIS generation will not pass without seeing him again)but since he hasn't come back alive he is a false messiah.

Whenever the father says... no one knows for sure. Even Jesus is unaware of the 2nd coming. He will be given instruction to come and get us and then he will appear in the clouds
Matthew 24:36

According to the bible nobody knows;However, the bible has given signs to watch for in main events,social attitudes of people to watch for, that will give you and I an idea that his coming is near.
An Example: In those days man will be lover of themselves.
There will be an increase of heavenly signs
Man will grow cold(this is in my words)
increase of natural disasters
Some christian groups belive that the the new technology of the micro chip that they use in identification of cats and dogs will make its way to humans beings and belive that the microchip is the mark of the beast that revelation talks about.

when He is ready to come back..but there are still some things that need to happen.
- There will be false prophets...the anti-christ....the world will try to convert to one religion and force everyone to follow it..and persecute those who don't follow it..believing that they are the cause of all the sorrow in the world...because they have angered God.
When God comes...the world will be in such a horrible place...that if it wasn't for His coming..we would all end up dead
