You minister will have a book of different vows. Look through the book and pick one. It will be perfect for you.

you spelled right wrong. w-r-i-t-e. anyways, The best way to start your custom wedding vows is with a short introduction statement about the two of you. A few good starting statements are: We first met….. or Before I met….my life was… Think about all the wonderful things you love about your partner and write them all down in a list. List the ways you would like your life to be together. Read some example vows or poems for inspiration. You'll often find something you can adapt by making it more personal. By now you should have a lot of "raw" material to work with. Go through and pick out the 5 points that are most important for you to put across.
Write the vows. Share them with a best friend before the wedding to see how they feel. REMEMBER: Don't write the vows in one day. Sleep on them. Often more ideas or a better way of saying something will come to you. Get help - there is lots of it available for free on the Internet or at a very reasonable cost. Don't feel you can't read them from an index card if you are nervous. Remember it is what you say and feel that counts because whatever you write will have come from the heart and is therefore automatically special.

Good luck.

Since everyone in commenting on a spelling mistake, let them first try to write a question in a language that might not be your own, for most native English speakers that seems to be hard, but yet they seem always to point out the mistakes when some one at least make an afford to learn their language.

To answer your question:
Don't worry too much about it, speak from the heart. When I wrote mine, I was happy with and then my sister ( maid of honor) left the paper in the car and made it up right there in front of the church and every one liked it very much the way I did it and most importantly did my husband. He did have his paper at hand.
You know you love your husband and it won't go perfect, but when it comes straight from your heart, it will be just what you feel and that is the right thing.

google wedding vows, and you should get some ideas of things to say...combine that with your own sentiments, and you should come up with something wonderful!

I would suggest once you've written them, put it away for a week or two, then read over them again. Many times, when you've had time away from somethng you've written, it doesn't sound as perfect on a re-read as it did the first time around. Give yourself plenty of time for making adjustments!

Good luck, and congrats!

if you want to write your own vows you need to learn how to spell. right? surely to goodness they didn't forget to teach spelling in school.
your vows should reflect what is in your heart, however they shouldn't be overly long or overly dramatic.
the 3 S's apply here. they should be short, simple and sweet.

From your heart. I am getting married next week and my vows are based around the 2 of us and our families - my promises to them and my expections from them. Best wishes!

You might try "writing"them instead of "righting" them. However, having cleaned up your pitiful spelling, write what's in your heart. It won't sound contrived and will sound like you instead of someone you might copy. It will always sound better if it sounds like you. If you can't think of vows you want to make to your fiance, then you may want to rethink the wedding.

get by yourself and write down how you feel until you are satisfied how you really really feel. Sometimes I do this until I'm satisfied with my true feelings toward her.
