Jeez. I'm 30 and a divorced mother and I never really knew. It's more of a metaphor. First base I always thought was kissing. Second base, "feeling up". Third base, manual manipulation. And a score is full sex.
It should be noted....in real life, there are way more than three steps before you take that final run. And if a guy is actually asking you if he can get to second or third base...he's a dork.

Well it depends what sorts of bases...if like innocent then it's like this...1.hold hands, 2. kiss, 3. make out, 4. Get his hands under the shirt. If it's like bad then : 1. Kiss, 2. make out, 3. Feel up, and 4. S***. LOL
