It's hard to say. Some women look great and have naturally bigger bodies. I don't think of them as fat, but if they look unhealty because of their weight, then I'd probably would think they were fat.

It's not so exact! Take a look in th mirror! It's YOU who do the "Considering"! Do you like what you see? Some people starve themselves to death- literally- because they're "TOO FAT" others are roly-poly but feel pretty good about themselves. If you can huff and puff four or five times around the block, you're probably "under the line" no matter what your actual dimentions. If NOT, turn off the box, cut the high-calorie frills, get up and start at least walkin' ! (Personally, I'd rather have two hundred pounds of "curves", than a hundred pounds of "nerves"). " Ideal" leaves a lot of lee-way.

Well, I know your waist measurement should not be more than 32-35 inches or this is considered too much.
Some women are very big on the bust and hips, but if they have a smaller waist then they just look voluptuous, not fat.

such a number of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a pupil so i are not getting time for something". you have each and all of the time. consume regardless of you want to. purely pass exterior in night and play some exterior video games. particularly soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you may. Play soccer each and every day for an hour or 2 and you will see the diversities.

I have read that men prefer a 12 inch bust to weight to hip ratio such as 38/26/38 (which would be an hourglass shape)...

I can't tell you exact measurements but once she has more than a regular amount of loose fat, i would say she's a bit overweight. if she has trouble moving due to her weight, i would call it "fat"
