slightly overlapped thumbs both laying on the flat face of the grip...but that is just what I feel comfortable with...putting more than any other club is all about what you feel comfortable with and can repeat easily...not sure what youre using but try to make sure youre lined up good, using two clubs and putting inside of them like a track is a good drill, or one club at your feet to see how straight your stroke is...you can go to any search engine and look up 'putting tips', it will give you a number of resources to study...work hard and good luck!

Trust me. It's a personal preference. I think one of the easiest grips is the opposing palm grip. Take a 12" ruler and grip that as you would a putter and you'll find that the palms naturally oppose each other. You can improvise from there. The list is endless.

I use a standard grip, but many people have had success with a claw grip.

i myself play the game cross handed and the palm grip for me lets me putt a straighter line than most of the guys i golf with. i am no pro but i shoot in the mid and lower 80 bracket.

i have a reverse grip. i put like a normal left hander will but im right handed. it made me keep a straighter line. and more touch for better putting. i do lock my fingers. but over all it has made me a ten time better putter since i went to that.

i use a standard grip. If your meaning grip like material it is kind of ovular with the front cut off so it looks like this somewhat

instead of interlocking my finger like i do on my regular swing grip. i outerlock my index finger. it prevents my wrists from breaking, which effected my stroke.
good luck!
