First of all, don't overwash it because it will just get irritated.

Second of all, it is probably nothing to worry about. My brother has something similar to that, and it is called eczema. Take her to the doctor and he/she can diagnose it and give you cream to put on it.

Good luck!

If it has not gone away for a whole month then it needs to be seen by a professional. Call a taxi or get a ride from a family member...do anything but it does need to be taken care of.
At least call the doctor and see if he has any advice...good luck!!!

You should take her to the doctor because if it were my daughter I would not trust people on the internet to diagnose her. Your daughter is worth more than that.

If you really can't get her to the doctor, then I'd suggest calling their office and seeing if they could give you an opinion over the phone on whether it is serious or not.

depending on where you live if there is a prompt care even for you to take her to would be better than not going to the doc..kids often get skin infections that can in time become very serious, just take her its not worth waiting..take care ,I know its hard doing this stuff with out transportation ,but look and see if theres a doc near by .good luck

It could possibly be a fungal infection. However health should be a number one priority, so if it involves going a far distance to go to the doctor. Just do it.
