Teeth Whitening?

I just got most of my bottom brackets off today. YAY!! I've had braces for about 4 years, and I've had my top backets off since summer. Since I'm 14 (turning 15 in 6 days! Woo!), and I'm in high school, it's all about image and I'm pretty self concious about my teeth. I did a pretty good job brushing, so they're no totally bad, but they are still kinda yellow. What's the best, inexpensive, at home, teeth whitening treatement I can use?

crest whitestrips definately! they're about 25 dollars but worth it! you will see results in DAYS and it lasts for months. you can buy a more inexspensive brand, but won't work as well, especially the whitening stuff you brush on..

Crest White Strips are going to be the easiest to obtain, and probably the cheapest, but I prefer super smile. You use Super Smile like toothpaste. I prefer it to White Strips, because the white strips don't reach everywhere, and they leave small areas untouched around the edges of the teeth where the strip can't reach. They are ok if you don't have to whiten more than a few shades, though. Another thing to consider is that you are young, and that using at home whitening kits remove more enamel than in office treatments. There are also no ADA approved at home whitening kits. The best route would be an in office treatment. It will look better, because the dentist can choose the perfect shade for your teeth. Many people over whiten their teeth with at home kits. S dentist's whitening will also last longer. Your teeth should be no whiter than the whites of your eyes, or you end up having a mouth that is brighter than the sun. If you are really concerned about your appearance, go to your dentist, and spend $400 or whatever. It's worth it.

Crest White strips - Inexpensive way, However this will take the enamel off your teeth fast. and if you do not put it on evenly you could possibly have more white line plus more of the natural color. I have heard lots of people did it and loved it but the enamel does come off your teeth alot faster. Most people do not realize it. If you do go to the dentist, I have gat a fitted mouth guard with my teeth impression in and everything, and I sleep with it over night (Best way to do it) But I only have to do it 4-6 times a week Once a year. and I spend 300.00 So figure your expenses pay a lot more and only have to do it once a year and save the enamel on your teeth or pay 25 - 30 bucks and have a chance to ruin your teeth and have to do it once every three months. and the 300.00 when you get they kit last you for 4 years. and some places give you free upgrade on your impressions (re due them for free) because your teeth change so much. I got my teeth zoom whitened and I paid $595 for that they I got the at home treys with he touch up kit and that was $395.
I got it done in the office and it did look whiter in the office but once I got home I coulden't tell a difference. I was very disappointed. So I called them and told them 2 days later that I was not satified with my results, so I had to go back and they told me to use my entire touch up kit. and I did and stillcould not see a difference, and that had already wanted me to come back again, and he gave me another touch up kit to use. But this time I didn't use it, and I went back again and do you know what they told me??? Oh my gosh that are so white, this last treatment really did good. and they just kept on and n how how much whiter they looked. I said well its a funnt thing how they got so white and they looked at me and said what do you mean. And I said I'm just trying to figure out how they look so much whiter when I didn't even use the kit this kit. I was so mad when i left Which I have white teeth, but I wanted like Anna Nicole movie star white. Needless to say your best option is vaneers that what I'll get in about 20 of so years j/k hahaha. But don't leta a dentist talk you into zoom whiting cause it diden't work for me. i also recommend using crest whitestrips; you will definitely see a difference in your teeth. also use whitening toothpaste.

dont use whiting strips they make your teeth very very senctive
