if you move too fast to get what you want because you are an aggressive person you stand the chance of pushing this guy so far away that he wont ever want to be even your friend. So I 'd back off alittle ad let him make the moves, he knows how you feel, so let him make the move.

Sounds like you need to wait for the guy to ask you. Or it may be a nice way of saying he doesn't see you that way.

i'd wait at least 2-3 months. or until he asks u. he might just b scared 2 get involved w/someone else right now. give him time 2 heal.

that guy not yet recovered from break-up, and the girl should wait for sometime until the guy's ready to have another relationship, and ask him again
