Here are some of the famous impressionist painters who lived in Claude Monet period:
Camille Pissarro 1830-1903 Caribbean/French Painter
Edouard Manet 1832-1883 French Painter
Alfred Sisley 1839-1899 French Painter
Marie Bracquemond 1840-1916 French Painter

Did you see the movie " The Impressionist " ?
I loved It. Monet Is my favorite Artist. :-)
I was very pleased that Richard Armitage
played Monet In the movie.
Seeing the movie would help you alot,
there were many of the before mention Artist
also portrayed In the movie. So you got to see
and or hear about their styles.

Edward Manet was in the same period, I believe, also a similar style. I would say Van Gogh had a similar style, not sure if he was in the same period, though. And then for a third one, I would say Pissaro. The style was impressionist, so I would just look that up if you need more, cuz I'm not entirely sure if I'm right.
