Shampoo isn't going to do much because you leave it on your hair for less than 2 or 3 minutes.
Biotin Supplements-1000 mg a day
and
Prenatal Vitamins by Super Nutrition-all organic ( 6 a day)

I agree with majorhotkitty. You can always get hair extensions. Here is my motto: If you can't do it (growing your hair out), it glue it; If you can't grow it, sew it; If you can't achieve it, weave it, and when all else fails buy a wig.
