does anyone know of a program i can use to air brush pictures, my friend has this program but she wont tell me what it is. it makes your skin look really smooth and clear sometimes her pictures look kinda fake tho.. lol, can anyone help me with this?

For this specific purpose, Corel Paintshop Pro XI would be the best choice. It has a tool that specifically clarifies the look of skin, and is easy to use. You can download a free trial at http://www.corel.com .
Here are some other programs where you can do this, and these are all free, they don't have the specific filter though, but you just have to learn how to do it.

you can use photo cs2 or photoshop,or paintshop pro,or corel draw.
