If you are referring to electric ignition, I believe you may still be able to find one of the discontinued Remington bolt actions with electronic ignition in the used market.

Well I did see some once on the internet, I forget where (do a search for transferable class III firearms) . If you have only about $90,000 you could buy yourself a general electric minigun. Of course you will have to pass the most intensive background check you will ever see plus give the ATF some photos of yourself and copies of your fingerprints. Oh and a $200 tax for the gun and find a dealer who can accept it and transfer it to you. All assuming this is legal in your state, not all allow private ownership of such firearms. Lastly you will need some signatures on you paper work from the chief law enforcement officer of your county city or county I forget which it is.
