You are not going to change what height you are genetically programmed to be! At least not by much. Of course many ailments could cause you not to reach your "predisposed" height. In general, eat healthy and exercise. Don't do drugs or booze too much. Pretty much all the stuff your momma told ya!

How tall you are depends on several factors. Most important is genetics. If you don't have the right genes, you aren't going to be tall. Diet is also important. A good, balanced diet is key. People today are much taller than 300 years ago because of improved nutrition. Overall physical fitness is important as well, so eating right and keeping in shape will allow you to reach the maximum height that your genes have provided you.

Unfortunately, there is not a whole lot you can do if you eat a balanced diet, don't smoke or do drugs.

You can also try and inversion table or gravity boots. Hanging upside down for 15 minutes a day relieves the pressure on the disks of the spinal column, allowing them to expand. However, it has the most profound effect on older people, who shrink over time due to gravity and the deterioration of spinal disks.

If you are seriously undersized for your age, you may want to consult a doctor since it might be due to an underlying hormonal disorder.

Early morning Skipping Excersises help in increasing height. Start with 50 jumps into 3 sets in the beginning. Then later on, over 2 weeks, increase that to 100 jumps into 3 sets, then later on, 150 jumps into 3 sets. In six months, you should see a good increase in height. Also, as said, if you can join a basketball coaching camp or play that regularly, you'll look great.

Dont go in for pills or Tele Shopping products. Either they are not effective and costly, also that they may have side effects.

Personally speaking, God has already decided each and everything for you, I'm sure you'll be looking beautiful with the height you have, dont strain yourself, take care.

You're gonna be whatever height you're gonna be.
That might not be the answer you're looking for,but it's the truth.
Don't sweat the small stuff....heh heh heh.
You can still be a force to be reckoned with even if you don't "stack up"!
You can stack up in other ways! There's a gal at my gym who's less than 5 feet tall, but she can shoulder press more than I can.Sister is down-right scary! And she's sexy at the same time!
Don't give too much thought to your lack of height.Instead think about what you CAN do to make yourself more impressive!
What talents do you have? Concentrate on those!
Don't let height be an obstacle! Let your talents be your pedestal!

Sanam,
thick eyebrows and height are genetic and there is no natural way to grow or get these. ladies and gals spent lots of money thinning their eye brows and why do u want thick eyebrows? thin pencil line eye brows look good on girls. u can do stretching exercises or play basketball but at 17 it is too late.
U will be a lot happier if u understand and realize that u will not grow any more

Try pilates, it stretches your muscles and helps with giving you a leaner and taller appearance. Pick up a DVD or take classes at your local gym. It's worth a try. Also make sure you get plnety of rest, people grow in their sleep if the body is still growing that is.

Basketball and volleyball...for some strange reason, these sports tend to stimulate growth. Definitely not weight lifting.

Pilates and Yoga will help you improve your posture and stand straighter so you appear taller.
