Please dont! Establish a stable relationship first. When the time is right both of you will know. My fear is that if you initiate sex too soon it may alter the way he thinks about you. Also; you don't say how old you are and that would make a big difference too.

Don't sleep with him! What a mistake! People just seem to think that you sleep with everyone you date for a minute. no wonder STD'S are running rampant all over the planet!
