i'm trying to lose some weight, but i can't...i don't eat a lot(i actually don't eat enough sometimes)...and i'm active, but i can't lose any weight! what can i do to lose some weight?!?

that's precisely your problem - not eating enough. believe it or not, the body burns more fat when you feed it regularly. your metabolism is like a fire - don't stoke it with fuel and it goes out. many ppl believe that if you don't eat you will lose weight. not true. it's about the right foods at the right intervals - every 3 to 4 hrs. it may sound crazy but trust me, try it. eat little meals 5 - 6 x a day and watch what happens. you will lose. keep up the exercise too!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
