if i eat NO CARBS for breakfast and start eating them later on. will it effect me losing weight?

yes. that tends to make you crave carbs later in the day, which is the time that they do less good. remember that saying, breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper? that's because your body uses most of its calories in the morning and till mid afternoon. starts winding down and slowing down at night. so my answer is - throw in a few carbs with breakfast and you will lose more weight over the long run.

morning is exactly when you need complex carbs because thats where your body gets energy from.
