I'M IN A SITUATION THAT'S GONNA BE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF! FYI, I'M ABOUT TO BE SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL FOR 90 DAYS! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO DESERVE SUCH A TORTURING PENALTY! I'M GONNA FREAK OUT, IF THAT HAPPENS! NOW I'M REALLY FREAKED OUT AND I'M REFUSING TO DO WORK AND TAKE TESTS! I CAN'T STAY CALM WHEN I'M IN CLASS, FEARING SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN! I CAN'T EVEN CONTROL MY BREATHING AND MY HEARTRATE IS GOING UP! WHAT AM I GONNA DO TO STAY CALM?

You are having anxiety or panic attacks do your parents know how you feel? if not you must tell them and ask them to take you to the doctor. Also you must tell the school counsellor who will be able to help you and maybe do something about your suspension.

That is a panic attack! If you keep on having them see a professional, your school counselor, your GP doctor (first your parents), or a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you are suspended just, on your own, keep up with your studies (you can find out from other classmates what the assignments are) so you don't fall behind. Don't dwell on negative things that might happen just keep calm and cool.

Plan ahead as to how you are going to make amends (apologize etc.) if you are guilty of something or clear your name if you are not deserving of the punishment. The effort to keep up on your studies will go a long way toward showing you are a responsible student.

Good luck, good health, peace and love!

Before bed, and after waking in the morning, use lavender candles or incense--you can also use lavender body wash and shampoo. This helps to calm you down.

Drink Chamomile tea--which is relaxing--and quit caffeine (which is in cola and chocolate, as well as regular tea and coffee).

Learn to meditate (there are many books on this at the library). This helps to clear your mind.

Bring lavender body spray (or something lavender that's portable) to school with you--to use there.

Walk/jog/run the stress off before school, and at lunchtime.

Try aerobics (there are usually programs on early-morning TV).

If these things don't help, you will have no choice but to see a doctor. It might be best to see one anyway--as you may have a condition which requires medical care.
