You know those cans that have frozen orange juice in them? Those work great for big curls. I'm sure you could use just a normal soup or vegetable can too! You may also try pencils? Good Luck!

Take strips of toliet paper and roll the strips into rolls (fat rolls for big curls, thin rolls for small curls) then take a strip of your hair, wet it down and roll it up with the t.p. and then tie the ends. Leave them in your hair half a hour or so and your good to go. I learned that trick a few years ago.

You can twist you hair in sections. The curls wont be tight but it will most likely give your hair body. Look at the picture below, and part small sections of your hair and pin it like that.

if your hairs naturally curly put some moose or hairspray in damp hair and ring your hair around your finger ....and then bobby pin to your hair ....so it looks as tho your hair has curlers in but they are not... then as is dries up speed up the process with a blow dryer...

it would desire to easily be your hair type! in case you have thicker hair than your mom, it would desire to not curl as actual, particularly with an older iron. i in my opinion like curling wands extra advantageous than one with a clamp. i could evaluate figuring out to purchase a clean iron, you will get them for extremely low-cost, (yet they are going to nevertheless artwork nicely) at shops like walmart and such. :)
