YES. your body needs the right combo of protein, carbs and believe it or not - fat. crashing on fruits and vegs only will make you weak, tired and you will constantly be hungry bc the sugars in those foods will mess up your blood sugar levels, sending it up and crashing it down a short time later. yes on the water, veg and fruit but also add in some lean protein - fish chicken, lean beef and pork, good carbs - brown rice, bread and peas and beans too.try to eat 6 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar levels up and you won't be hungry. hunger will lead you back to the junk food. i'm not gonna lie, the 1st wk will be tough bc you've got a long term bad habit. but you will feel better, sleep better and stop missing the junk after the first couple of weeks. hang in there, trust me. been there, done that.

Not at all. You'll start feeling much better in a matter of days. You'll think clearer, sleep better, and perform better at any physichal activity (incluiding sex). Plus, SHannon makes a very good point. Eat protein and some carbs as well. Try incluiding small amounts of pasta or rice. And try fish or nuts.
Congratulations on your new healthy shoice! Best of luck.

Good for your health. It would be good too if you'd include some white chicken or fish at least once a week.
Remember this====the body you're feeding today builds the one you'll have to live with for the rest of your life.
Junk in.................junk out.

well i wouln't make such a big jump...start eating a little less junk food, then a little less than that and so on...it's bad for your health to make such a big jump...besides you'll want to eat more than just vegetables and fruit...if you go one step at a time, it'll work out

Like a radio interior the history. What you will possibly desire to DO is invite him over for lunch or dinner extra regularly. in line with possibility take the prospect to do something sporty mutually then. in spite of if i comprehend it extremely is complicated, and, interior the final occasion, he's no longer your accountability. you will possibly desire to flow and refer to his instructor, attempt to work out what you 2 can do mutually, yet you're risking getting aprehended with the help of mommy and daddy. It's probably not "dangerous". You will be lacking in protein though. What about beans/nuts for protein while on this diet?
