if I take in, normally, 1500-1800 calories a day, how many FAT CALORIES should i take in daily??

I do work out 3 days a week and burn at LEAST 100 fat calories and 300 calories not to mention how much i walk around at school everyday.

If you are eating 1800 calories per day, I would not recommend taking in more than 540 calories from fat. This is based on about 30% of calories from fat, which is the highest acceptable amount of calories from fat.

You should consume no more than 60 grams of fat per day.

25 % of your caloric intake is good. So, maybe like 40 - 50 grams of fat.
