is not that brilliant?
That we can qualitively and quantitively measure wind? You are relying on your eyes when you use this faulty logic: Can you see sound? Same faulty logic.
Both sound and wind can be measured. That's how the weather man tells you how windy the day will be. Wind is just the movement of air. EXTREMELY BASIC SCIENCE.
I am surprised this excuse pops up so often.
Were you aware that excuse is absolute BS, and prove me wrong if you wish.

hmm...I wonder why there are no fundamentalist excuses to back up their excuses.

lol Amalthea I enjoy your responses as well...you are one of the reasonable Christians on this site. Their are many, but you are one of the few regulars. Keep em coming.
As opposed to that dze figure.

I agree with you, except I have no idea why you're using the word "excuse" here.
The whole "wind" thing is a lot like "God answers all prayers - but sometimes the answer is 'no' or 'wait'". I sure wish my landlord were as gullible as believers:
"I sent you my rent check...you just can't measure it".

My standard answer for this:
We cannot see the wind but we can hear it, measure it, analyze it, predict it, and create it. Why are you comparing an actual phenomenon to a fictional character?

1Corinthians 14:15......The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are "foolishness" to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are "spiritually discerned. The spiritual man makes judgements about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgement:
For "who" has "known" the mind of the LORD that he may "instruct" Him?
Non-christians cannot understand God, and they cannot grasp the concept that God's Spirit lives in sincere believers who have Faith in Him.......................<>< <><

It's not my excuse; I've never used it. Congratulations on having deconstructed a metaphor. I do enjoy your questions, you know. Despite your youthful hubris, I am inclined to like you. At least this question isn't about Star Wars characters.

I am happy to say God needs no one, to make excuses for Him.God can fight His own battles.
You make Him laugh. He finds most people who call them self intelligent are really, just ignorant children who know nothing.
