my windows media player isnt really working so i need to re-install it completly but i dont know how to do that

Go to microsoft.com and they will have all of the steps and the download for you.

there is an available new version of media player on the net, you can visit the microsoft website or you can use other media player like real player, you can download it by going to www.download.com .if your media player is a built in on the installation ,you cannot use it,the best thing to do is download the new one.
