i was meant to meet this girl (jess) on a date, we have been textin for over 3 weeks now and we said we would finally meet up! but on the night she didnt turn up! 4 days later she gets back in touch after i had text, rang, and emailed says she was scared and thought i wud be too mad so she didnt get in touch and now wants to meet again! should i risk meetin her on the chance she could do this again?

aw, have some sympathy =) I would give the girl a chance. It's understandable that she'd be nervous about meeting you, especially if she has true feelings for you. (Afterall, I'm sure your a very sweet guy.)
I think you should try to meet her again, but tell her not to be nervous, and let her know it just wouldnt be cool for her to stand you up again. Just try and calm her nerves. Comfort her and what not.

Well maybe this girl Jess was having second thoughts the first time you guys were supposed to meet, but now she's positive that she wants to meet up with you. I would give her another chance, but if she stands you up again, then dont even bother texting her or calling her or anything because she's just wasting your time if she flakes out on you again.

Sure. Did you ask her what happened the first time? Maybe she is a little shy, that or she is hiding something that she did not tell you online or over text messages... Either way, I think you should just give it a try. It won't hurt.. unless she stands you up again, and if she does, let her go.. there are millions of other fish in the sea/texters that I'm sure would not waste your time.

You sure she didnt see you and act like she chickened out???Some people do that ya know....I would just keep talking for awhile and maybe at a later date meet...why such a hurry???

I say no because if she really was interested in you and really wanted to meet you in person then she would have showed up, but if you really like her and are interested, then i guess go.

If you really like her you have to take a chance. She may stand you up again, but wouldn't it be worse if she showed up and you didn't?
