Generally people suffer from low blood sugar after eating. So instead of a fruit roll up or something unhealthy, Reach for an apple or some other fruit. It contains sucrose, a natural sugar. It should curb your cravings.

You have to kick the habit of eating when you are NOT hungry - this is the mistake most people do. They eat when they do certain activies (watch TV, socialize, certain times of the day) even though they are not hungry. These calories are not needed and mostly go straight to fat to store until needed. Its a very unhealthy habit.
If you are hungry and craving something crunchy - try carrots with ranch, celery with peanut butter, apples with carmel (or dipping sauce of choice). Something healthy with a sweet dipping sauce will help fill you up but also help the sweet tooth.

Try cool whip, they have chocolate cool whip, french vanilla, and it's very good by itself, and it's low in fat and calories, so you don't have to fret about gaining weight or anything. You can even get the low fat, or fat free kind if you don't want to use the regular kind, which only has like 2g's of fat per serving. If you want something crunchy as well get yourself some cinnamon or chocolate grahm crackers and put some cool whip on it or eat them plain they are also low in fat and calories yet sweet. Hope that helps.

Your body can crave food for reasons other than low blood sugar. Whenever you are low on any vital nutrients, you'll feel like munchies. Find good multi vitamins and minerals or try to improve quality of food overall.

i understand this could sound unusual yet pass to the library and get a e book called "what to consume once you anticipate". you do not would desire to anticipate to make the recipes in the e book. they are all organic, particularly undemanding, and healthful adequate to consume known. there are distinctive recipes for cookies, cakes, ice cream, and different cakes. I even have made lots of those recipes and that i admire them. they are sweetened with fruit juices so there is not any extra sugar and that they are all low/no fats and no salt. attempt it you heavily isn't disenchanted.

Try replacing those sweets with fresh fruit.
Keep busy so that you don't think about it so much. Drink more water.
