My parakeet wants to come out one day has fun then that next day ignores all of us for no reason!

Hey birdlove, Yes birds can be moody like people. They are more intelligent than once believed. Sometimes they get aggressive and mean especially during puberty. Molting can bring out irritabilities, too. Have a nice day;everyday.

Birds are the moodiest darn animals. But make sure that they are not experiencing just a change in behavior b/c that may mean health problems.

yes it is possible. Sometimes they have their off days and somedays they have good days. They are like humans
