Why believers can't do the same thing to discover spiritual law instead of accepting everything what their prophet fed to their minds?

Because it is not possible to construct an experiment to discredit incorrect religious hypotheses.

Scientists don't discover physical laws from scratch.
They learn from those who have gone before them. They accept what has been discovered by other scientists. It is silly to think each person alone can discover much about physical laws or spiritual truths without reference to accepted authorities.

people accept scientific laws even though they are theories and fed to them as fact .. even if they are later disproved ... i trust Gods word and the bible ...

yes, but can they discover it! (the scientists?) once they do, religion is done.
