Is it true that you lose hair if you wash it too often?

Women naturally lose about 100 hairs a day...uh huh did you know that? I wash my hair everyday and have been doing it for years and years. I have not lost my hair yet.

No its not true. I wash my hair everyday, plus Ive been a hair stylist for 10+ years.

If you wash it daily, you should use a daily shampoo. I wash my hair once a week and my hair is in the middle of my back.
