keep hair trimmed at least 1/4" every 6 weeks whether you think it needs it or not. dont dry it completely, and avoid the hair dryer, curling irons and flat irons as much as you can. redken has a nice questionaire to help you decide which products are best for you.

garnier shampoo and conditioner is the best!!!
dont use herbal essences becuz it makes ur hair fall out
put a little honey in ur shampoo once a week to make ur hair really shiny and pretty
dandruff shampoo makes ur scalp really healthy and makes ur hair have lift-y ness...lol....even if u dont have dandruff

You have to give us more information on what you want it for. ex. for what type of hair do you want? do you want it curled? straightened?
