Is there anything I can do to learn how to trust guys again??? I am extremely hurt and continuely being abused by this one guy i am extremely afraid of. People are aware of it, but are not helping me. He has sexually abused me, emotionally, physically, and verbally abused me. He wont stop. He wont leave me alone. I need help!!!! how can i trust guys again??? I dont think i will ever be able too. How can i trust guys??? please help me!!!! I dont know how much more i can take. thank you. nice comments are appreciated.

Give yourself time is all you can do. Remember the warning signs, even if the guy so much as acts like he wants to raise his hand, LEAVE. Dont give it a second chance this time. I know what your going through, I went through it almost 7 years of my life. I am now doing fine WITHOUT him. I have found the best man ever, and have never been this happy. You will be scared at first its only cause you need time to heal. Maybe seek counsling or speak with family , friends SO ON. If they don't help you'll have no choice but to help yourself. You can do this girl. Have a little faith..... IN YOU. Get a restraining order, I know its only paper, but if you file against him and have proof of abuse he will be arested. And he sexually, abused you, HELLO against the law sweetie. Go to the cops while you can, before you lose your life. GOOD Luck with all this hun.

The kind of guys that do that are not men at all, they are scum. I hate guys that do that stuff, its wrong, cruel and horrible.
You have to realize that not all guys are like that, there are some very good ones out there, and many of them just never get that chance. Its going to be hard to trust guys again, but you can meet new people, and get to know them for awhile. If they are down to earth and just good guys all around, then hang around with that crowd.
I myself have watched many girls i know go after guys that always seem to turn out to be assholes, while all along i was wishing i had been her boyfriend so that she would have a real nice guy instead of a jerk.
There are real gentlemen out there, you just need to find them, or have them find you.

Take the time to love yourself again..relax, do some of the things that make u happy, live for yourself. After you've somewhat healed hopefully somone will find you and treat you the way you should be treated. Not all guys are the same and sadly sometimes we gotta get hurt in order to find that one person who will treat you like a princess. Good luck!

Sweetie, please tell your family or a police report needs to be made, or else no one will believe that you really want help. I Think that what your going through is tragic and I would hate for you to become a statistic by letting him continue to hurt you and maybe accidentally if not purposely kill you. Just because one guy hurt you, doesnt mean that all of them will. You just have to go with your gut, but look at the guys you are going out with. Is he a guy you would want to bring home to your parents or does he smoke weed and sport a mohawk. Generally the first description will be a better guy. you just need to know that not all men are like that and the ones that are give men a bad name.

People are probably not willing to help because of one of 2 reasons. One the right people don't know so they can't help , or people have tried to help but you continue to get involve and they are tired of helping someone that isn't going to help themselves. You need to get away from him completely. Cut all ties with him. Dont call him. Dont except his calls. Change your phone numbers. Dont see him when he comes to your house. If you live with your parents or someone else get them to tell him when he tries to come see you that you are not interested in seeing him or listening to anything he has to say and to stay away from your house or you will have a restraining order took out on him.Don't go places you know he will be. If you pull up somewhere and see him there leave. If he comes up somewhere you are leave. Good Luck! I know how it is.

You cant trust any humans really. BUT you have to move on...find someone who is nice, treats you well, wants to be with you...explain to them your problems with trust and work it out with them one day at a time. The right person will care to take the time to get close to you.

I believe the one way to trust someone is to get to know them before you love them...get to know them, first! If you're still with this same person, open the door and walk out, and don't you ever go back. You've got to walk away from pain before you can get through it. Get to know somebody before falling in love with them. Don't stay with them even if you love them, when they abuse you. Leave and don't look back no matter what your heart tells you. All I can tell you.
