People make fun of me all the time because I often shake, whether I am eating or trying to perform an experiment in lab, my hands shake and it's bad enough that people notice. I have been like this my whole life, when i was little my hands shook so bad I couldn't zip my own zipper, it's not that bad anymore though. I am just wondering if there may be something actually wrong with me, my mom doesn't seem to think so.

thank god there are others out there. ya, my hands sweat, like u said, it's not THAT bad now but still noticable. my mom says it's cuz i'm nervous, i have no idea

lots of factors can play to that my dear. stress,pressure,nerve cell ruptures and much more. I believe it is stress though.
