Okay this guy at work got promoted to a assignment area where I work. So we've become really cool and I went as far as calling him my little brother- because of his personality traits! Anyway on the weekends its just he and I, so we wer in there talking about our failed relationships and I was singing to him in a joking way, just having fun and tripping out. Then I grabbed his face and kissed him on the lips.(A long-hard peck) Now I dont know what to do or how to treat him, cause he liked it!

Okay, so if you are too old for him, or am not interested in him in that way, you are going to have to let him know in a kindly way that it was just a friendly kiss, and that you were slightly intoxicated and was irresponsible for what you did.
