You can use it before of after styling, on wet or dry hair. It gives this awesome shine and the spray pump sprays so delicately and evenly, that your hair loooks glossy and healthy, not greasy. Sleek Look by Matrix makes a great heat protector spray. It is called iron smoother and is in a orange bottle. It helps protect against heat damage up to 450 degrees.
