A lot of people don't appreciate me giving my opinion to the situation in this manner. But its a pretty straight forward way to give them my opinion while saying very little to nothing while at the same time, usually, ending the conversation. Is this wrong?

I wouldn't say it is necessarily wrong.

I think there are better ways of giving your opinion such as why you do not like thier view on a subject. This avenue allows each person to gain insight into differnt ideas.

Giving the finger is generally considered rude, but it does get the point across

It's rude and ineffective, and suggests to them that you're completely inarticulate and have no reasons for your views.

Are you expecting people to say "Good point! I'd never thought of it that way."

Either don't say anything at all, or explain why you disagree -- in the way a human being would, with reasons and evidence.

A flipping gives no opinion, really.

If you don't want to discuss the issue, don't.

If you like to get in fights, find another way to do so.

If you don't like getting in fights, then definitely stop.

Well, you have to follow the proper ettiquette for giving the middle finger. There is nothing wrong with giving the finger if you like to be regarded as rude or risk getting slapped.

It's immature and rude. If you like the people you're with, listen to them. You don't have to agree with everything they say, but giving them the finger is not the best thing to do. Tell them if you don't agree with them and tell them why. Act like an adult instead of a 2 year old.

Is that the only thing you are smart enough to say? Just shows how smart you are, I'll give you an IQ of 1.

never give anyone the finger. if u dont like wut they said, giving them the finger would be acting just like them. if u compete, u will loose, just let them get away with it and dont care wut other people say, just relax and ignore them. i do that and it works for me. good luck! well if you show ur feelings wit the finger, thats not good but if u just express urself and they dont accept it, that will be for two resons....1: they know its true but cant admit it, 2: they are not use to anyone saying things like that, they are use to people lying about the facts, to them.

Rude, but direct.
You probably don't have many friends though.
