(Not only with the breakage, also with growth, shine, help it smell good, and other stuff). THANX

I had this trouble when I was little and though this may sound harsh, you need to start over on your hair. Go and ask a professional hairdresser and ask them how far up your ends are split. Then get it cut there. You cannot fix broken ends without cutting them off. You also will not be able to grow your hair out if it is broken. Once you have a new start of healthy hair, use a moisturizing and strengthing conditioner. I suggest Panteen ProV or the cheap department store version. This has helped me a lot and now I have hair halfway down my back.

Go to a salon and get your hair trimmed those split ends have to go or you'll get more breakage in your hair. But Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Breakage Defense or Time Rewenal. Those products will help you should get the shampoo, conditioner, and refining mask. Also do deep conditioning to get your hair healthy quicker like putting mayonaissse in your hair for 20. min. before taking a shower works really well it leaves your hair shiny and smooth.

I would suggest getting it trimmed first to get all the split ends out. You should use Garnier Fructis Length and Strength. Garnier Fructis has a bunch of hair products and they have shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is supposed to make your hair grow with out splitting or breaking and it smells great!

well sounds like a trim would be the best place to start split ends do not repair themselves. Nexus, Redken, Biolage, or paul mitchell products you can find these at cvs pharmacy in hair products aisle. Biotin is very important for strong hair take a multivitamin and make sure your diet is a healthy one

you should get your hair cut so it is free of split ends.
for shampoos and conditioners, DO NOT get the shampoo+conditioner 2-in-1, because you need different amounts oof each, and you need to leave them in your hair for different times.
some suggestions for shampoos and conditioners are SunSilk and Pantene because they both have many different kinds of shampoos, and you can find one that suits you the best.
good luck

Okay, try the following: Mayonnaise is great for hair. Apply to hair and leave there for about 15 minutes with a hair net for protection.

After you rinse / wash your hair, apply silk oil treatment. Its no very pricey and truly helps to avoid damage of sun / and blow dryer. Good luck and when you conditioned your hair, leave the hair conditioner at least 5 minutes before rinsing .

you can try redken all soft shampoo and heavy cream, but for a cheaper alternative try aussie 3 minute deeeep with loreal kids shampoo (its so gentle!) . also once a week try using olive oil in your hair, you can use it on dry hair leave it on for 20 minutes then shampoo and condition like you normally would. good luck, i know hair can be so frustrating sometimes!

Use the pantene for black people. also you should try to go to a salon to get your hair done and get a stylist who you can come to regularly. then they will clip you ends so the won't be so choppy
