the word "fart" should NEVER appear in a pick-up line.
The prison line may actually get you a one night stand with a girl who has an inner-nasty.
Try "Breasts that perfect can't be real," It will either insult or compliment. 50/50 shot.
reply to the last one may be, "really I've got a weed whacker for that problem you have." (not a desirable effect for a young man)

Why don't you test them out and see what happens? I don't have much faith in any of those working....well, not working the way you want them to, anyways.
