Yes, I do.
It's called the Summerlands and it's a lovely place where we can rest and recharge. The love of the Gods and people is strong there. There are places for everyone there and it caters to the individuality of anyone who arrives there. When it's time to go back and try again that's what we do.
Blessings,
Zimmi

Christ was resurrected on the 3rd day after he died...that we now call Easter Sunday. He is the only person capable to allowing his life to be taken in the way that it was without a struggle to live and is THE only person able to take it back again and resurrect from the dead on his own.
because he overcame the physical death, all will have the ability to live again.
he also paid for our sins at Gethsemane and in so doing he paid for our sins and did his part in order for us to live again by overcoming spiritual death.
The overcoming of both physical and spiritual deaths is what is known as The Atonement.
That is why after we live, we are judged according to our lives and what we did and did not do that showed Christ our willingness to follow him...as he will be our advocate to God, God will be a just God and Christ's mercy and willing to pardon us of our faults by way of his suffering at Gethsemane is what will allow us to be whole and live in God's presence, providing we are worthy.
Hell will be knowing that you could have lived with your Savior and your Father in Heaven ...had you made better choices on Earth...and now as a consequence to your actions...you will NOT be in his presence eternally..

What if heaven and hell are exactly the same except for one difference? What ever you picture in your head heaven to be, imagine hell to be the same except for one difference. Everything you can do in heaven you can do in hell except for one difference. The difference is love or dominion. If you choose love you are in heaven, you are sharing love/joy/fellowship, absolute bliss in all you do.
If you choose dominion you are in hell, everyone will be dominion bent, acting without regard to anything but personal pleasure, personal gain, exercising power over others. Everyman for himself in all that is done. Everything else is the same.
Now which path do/will you choose? LOVE or DOMINION

P.S. Doesn't hell feel a lot like earth?
P.S. S. If you choose dominion click on exit, there is nothing here for you.

I believe in the afterlife. It is a place where all human beings can progress eternally towards God. If we develop virtues in this life, we will be nearer to God in the afterlife. If we haven't developed virtues in this world, we will be spiritually handicapped in a sense. But God can still forgive us and help us to grow spiritually if He wills. We are not beyond redemption, even if we reject God in this physical life. But it is much more difficult for us to grow spiritually if we do so. We reap what we sow, essentially. There is a standard of divine justice.
Those who are near to God in this life will be near to Him in the world to come. Those who are far from Him in this world will be far from Him in the world to come (unless He forgives them). Heaven and hell are symbols used to refer to this nearness or remoteness.
The afterlife is infinitely greater and more wonderful than physical existence. It is beyond space and time and is not static. We eternally progress and grow and learn and experience joy in the process.

Yes. The Bible says there is, and Jesus (the only one to report back from beyond the grave) confirmed it.
As for those who had been there and reported it (Paul and John), they were pretty much at a loss for words. Paul even said it would be unlawful for him to even try. And you know Paul, never at a loss for words regarding ANY subject. :)
