I have been seeing someone for a couple of months who stated that he did not want a relationship. Now we spend about 3 or 4 days together in a week. He also wants me to cook him a roast dinner. Sex is one thing but cooking? i have my standards! Just how many benefits is he entitled too.

A friend with benefits is only entitled to three benefits. Sex and the ability to ask you to the movies and the occasional dinner. A quick meal made here and there when friends come over is one thing but a roast dinner is something special. Special treatment requires a special relationship.

He wants just as many benefits as you will do for him. There is nothing wrong with a friend with benefits. I think it may be time to have the talk about defining your friendship. To get him to listen just tell him first thing that you are all up for a purely sexual relationship. ( he will be all ears by this time) Then just explain to him what you are and are not willing to do. This should clear up and future confusion too.

this friends with benefits always get me LOL.. why do you females do this?? knowing that your going to get your heart involved because he just see you as someone just to have sex with.. and your going to be upset when he finds a girl he can call his wifey.. and your just a chick on the side. i think you should get rid of the dude because he's having too much fun with your time and wants you to cook him a meal... friends with benefits don't state those things or do those things.. you and him might as well be in a relationship.

Well if you like him well enough to spend that much time with him, what's the big deal about fixing him one meal? It's not like he demanded that dinner be on the table every time he comes over. Go for it. Then ask him to make breakfast - most guys can at least handle breakfast. Or he can take you out. Whatever. But my point is it sounds like you're far from where you should start feeling used.

Wow! Talk about greedy. I suggest you tell him to cook his own roast dinner and walk out the door!

Ahhh...he wants his cake and eat it too.. I have the perfect answer for this one. cook for him, no sex! But you have to not give in!! Sounds like the guy has major committment issues, which is okay because he was honest with you, but he cant "play house" forever. Set some boundaries for yourself, so you dont look like a fool.

haha.. i see your question is good.. but obviously he wants his cake and eat it too.. so its easy to see here that with one benifit comes another.. you get sex he gets sex.. he gets home cook meals.. you get... ____? fill in the blank and thats your answer.. your not his gf so you dont have too. but if you like body massages or your car washed.. whatever it may be.. then make a deal.. friends with benefits is easy that way.. cause its more of a business then a relationship.. have fun.. let me know how it goes..goodluck

DEJAVU
I moved out of my father's house in July of 2005, at the age of 16. Because my stepmother was being a *****. I was homeless, living at the lake.

Anyways, shortly before moving out of my father's house, I had filled out an application for McDonald's, and I had an interview with them shortly after I moved out. At the interview, I met a guy who had also applied. We got to talking and I explained to him my situation. He offered me a room in his house.

I moved in with him, and quickly developed a huge crush on him. I told him how I felt, and he told me that he did not want a relationship, yet he always wanted to have sex with me. Due to the fact that I cared for him, I did everything for him. Cook, clean, sex, everything. And he took that for granted. Anyways, I met his stepbrother, and hooked up with him. We got married and had a child, and now Justin (the guy i lived with) claims he is in love with me, and tells everyone that he is the father of my son.

Bottom line: Don't let this a**hole use you.

If yall are just friends? none. He has absolutly no benefits entitled to him. He can get a girlfriend to do that stuff, or do it himself. Friends help eachother out and do eachother favors, but it's not one sided and there IS a limit.

I'd make a deal with him that for every home cooked meal you get a dinner in a restaurant.
