There are a lot of things that trigger eye twitching. The most common are caffeine intake and stress. I was just at the eye doctor for this a few weeks ago.

They suggested warm packs and Saline eye drops to keep the eye lubricated. They also suggested to cut down on the caffeine. Also if it gets really annoying to drink some Tonic water because it has Quinine in it which can help relax the muscle.

Hope it goes away!

Generaly it's eye fatigue. Do you work on a computer a lot during the day, make sure you're not straining to see it due to glare or something.

I was told that twitching of the eye means you are overtired. Not sure how true it is.
