The key to losing weight in any length of time is to burn more calories then you consume. There are many gimmicks out there like diet pills and diet programs, but the one thing that they all have in common if you can read the small print is that they require exercise. Usually no one sees this in the commercial.
For instance, say you take in 3,500 calories a day. Well in order to start losing weight, you have to burn more then 3,500 calories a day. To do this, people will either decrease calorie intake and increase aerobic activity or they will maintain their current calorie intake and increase their aerobic activity to "burn off" more then 3,500 calories.
The bottom line to loose weight in three months is to diet and exercise. Set a goal for yourself and seek advise from a dietitian.

I don't understand why people have this problem its really simple! Eat less move around more. Or do what i do cut your meal size down. Instead of having four scoops of ice cream eat 2. Instead of 4 slices of pizza eat 2 or 3 and move more. And eat something green once in a while. If you cut your meals down by 1/3 or even 1/4 and are twice as active it will melt off i promise. Walk more eat less! and that one person is right stop drinking soda it is really full of sugar which is fat.

no diets worked for me until i started the atkins, or at least low carb diet , i stopped drinking pop and eating any junk at all and lost almost 75 pounds since october, the first couple months i went down almost 50, i started swimming as well,but the main thing is no more junk being eaten

Run.
Run a LOT.
Thats the best thing you can do, is run. It shapes your body, arms, and legs, so you will have a great body. ;D Good luck. I'm currently trying to run a lot too, for I think I am a little over weight, also.
